Koi Residences & Marina
Koi Residences and Marina is a master-planned collection of waterfront villas featuring resort-style amenities, all nestled within beautifully landscaped surroundings, including a mangrove preservation trail, 3 parks and a 26-slip private marina.
Koi started out as residential, commercial, and medical buildings across 14 different parcels that were strategically purchased individually and then re-platted and zoned to be one master-planned, mixed-use community. The developers designed the project around all the large strangler fig and oak trees, (some over 60-years-old and 70 feet in height). To date, none of the trees have been lost and are now strategically located in 2 of the project’s 3 parks.
The community is built around the 26 slip private marina, which is the largest privately built marina in over two-and-a-half decades in South Florida. The marina is surrounded by high-powered LED underwater lighting and equipped with fish cleaning stations.
