Bold Architecture

Showcasing the bold architecture fast becoming a hallmark of Chris Longsworth’s buildings, the Envy towers bring prestigious living to downtown Pompano Beach. As construction is nearing its finish, careful attention is been given to the high-quality finishes internally and externally, as well as provision of technological luxuries throughout the two buildings.

State Of The Art Amenities

Leading the millennial trend toward healthier lifestyles, Envy’s amenities will include a fully equipped cardio center. For both exercise and leisure there’s a rooftop pool with cabanas. An onsite spa will take care of resident’s pampering needs, while the pet spa will look after their four-legged friend’s grooming. Residents will be able to unwind and socialize in the wine lounge, or stroll through the atrium-style zen garden and let the art recharge their creative side. Entertainment is offered with a big-screen experience available in the outdoor movie theater. For water sport enthusiasts, Marina access will be available.

A Unique Shopping Experience

Envy’s ground-floor is going to offer a commercial space facing Atlantic Boulevard, which will service residents and visitors. “Envy will further transform the east Atlantic Boulevard corridor and set a new standard for future developments,” says Christopher Longsworth.

Location

The Envy apartment towers can be found at the corner of East Atlantic Boulevard and Southeast Fourth Way, next to the phase 1 of the Koi Residences and Marina. Estimated occupancy is in 2020 "Envy is a Class A mixed use project that will bring bold architecture, high-quality finishes, state of the art amenities and technological luxuries to downtown Pompano Beach that are typical of pricier South Florida markets for a more attainable market rate,” says Christopher Longsworth.
